My mission at Light in the Sky Music with Melissa is to provide homeschool and community students with enriching ensemble experiences that foster confidence, creativity, and collaboration. Every child deserves the chance to explore the arts in a supportive environment and discover new ways of seeing and expressing the world around them.
Class Expectations
At Light in the Sky Music with Melissa, I nurture more than just performance skills—I cultivate character, responsibility, and community. My students are expected to arrive prepared to focus, collaborate, and contribute to a safe and productive learning environment.
Parent Expectations
Parents or guardians are expected to provide time and space for children to practice their instruments free of distractions, chores, siblings/cousins, or adult business. Parents are asked to remain on-site during classes and workshops.
